All transfers made through the site www.akatropicalia.com are maintained and carried out through a third party to ensure their protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

The order processing time is up to 3-5 business days.

Requests made through this site will be despatched from the stock located in the Netherlands.

The displayed prices do not include possible fees that can be charged by credit card companies or banks, for example in the case of payments in instalments.

Exchanges must occur within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products being in the same conditions as at the time of receipt. The freight for exchanges and returns is for the account of the customer and the reshipment for the account of the store. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question is not within our standards.

Pre-orders are non-refundable. Pre-orders are eligible for exchange only.

A.K.A Tropicália reserves the right to change any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, purchase terms and product offers without prior notice.

A.K.A Tropicália has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid if the product is no longer available.
